From the days of filmstrips and 16mm film, McIntyre Media has thrived as a small family-owned audiovisual distributor serving Canada's schools, libraries, non-profits, hospitals, and corporations. Founded in 1965, McIntyre is now located in Orangeville, Ontario, at the centre of the Hills of Headwaters. This scenic region is defined by four major river systems within the mysterious landscapes of the Niagara Escarpment, and is home to a vibrant community of visual artists and writers whose work is continually influenced by the physical landscape.
In just the last few years, McIntyre has ventured into the world of producing their own programs. We're really impressed with them, and hope you will be too!
